Who we are and what we do

CREUSALP SA

Creusalp SA has taken over the activities of Creusets SA, active since 1956. We master all phases of development and production as well as mechanical and electrical installation.

At Creusalp SA we are constantly developing our know-how in metalworking and industrial sheet metal working with steel, stainless steel and aluminium.

We are highly qualified for all steps of conception and industrial production. Our technical office carries out the design and development of custom-made mechanical parts, sheet metal casing, machine-welded subassemblies and industrial plants of all sizes and weighing up to 15 tons.

Our paint department, equipped with modern and suitable facilities, offers our customers a wide range of powder coating and wet painting options.

Our mechanical and electrical assembly department manufactures groups and sub-groups of machines and industrial equipment and also carries out the tests.

Creusalp SA is ISO 9001, ISO 14001, EN 3834-2, EN 15085 and EN 1090 certified.

Technical Office

Our technical office enables the planning, development and subsequent monitoring of your projects. This is done with the help of GPAO and professional programs such as SolidWorks.

We take care of your projects: from planning and development to supply chain management and assembly to testing and transport. Our industrial locksmith department specializes in the manufacture of electromechanical systems, sheet metal casing and stainless steel cabinets, as well as sheet metal work (machine welding, laser cutting, bending).

Our paint department, which works with modern and specially adapted equipment, offers you a wide range of surface treatments.

Our electrical department manufactures customized assemblies for the production, distribution and use of electrical and electro-hydraulic energy, but also industrial machine assemblies and sub-assemblies including tests, at the customer’s request.

Metalworking department, sheet metal work

Our locksmith and industrial sheet metal working department is active in the machine industry, rail transport, environment, energy and construction, among others.

This department is one of the core areas of our company and has more than 50 years of experience as well as modern production equipment.

In this department we prepare the important steel parts, which then go to the paint department and are later processed in the various assembly areas of our company.

We are always at your disposal for the manufacture of chassis, cabs, cases, tubs, covers, shields, etc.

Equipped with the latest equipment, sheet metal processing (1 – 6 mm) is also a central pillar of our company Creusalp SA and is carried out by our specialized, qualified and certified employees. Our continuously trained employees have the necessary certifications to work in the demanding high-tech industries in compliance with the applicable standards.

We put all our experience at your service: we advise you, make suggestions and study the machine-welded groups in close cooperation with your technical service.

Retrofitting of machines

We can also give your old machines a second life thanks to our infrastructure: dismantling, cleaning, complete painting of every part of your machine, installation of new sensors and electrical control systems/programmable automats, etc.

Painting and surface treatment

An indispensable link in our production chain is the paint department, which has all the necessary infrastructure to guarantee you the highest quality surface treatment:

  • Degreasing
  • Automatic and/or manual phosphating

 

Complete thermal painting, all qualities of powder, colors and finishes:

Maximum capacity: 2.80 x 2.80 x 5.80 m.

For solvent based or water based liquid paints we have a spray booth followed by two drying ovens and a spray booth with integrated oven:

  • Maximum allowed size of parts: 4.0 x 4.0 x 12.0 m.
  • Maximum weight: 8 tons
